"Una hazaña personal" (A personal feat) is an experimental video made by Laura Adrianzén. An audiovisual project conceived before, during, and after the initial creative process of "Yo sé cuidar mi cuerpo" (I Know How to Take Care of My Body).
A clownish theatre play that explores the concepts of violence and abuse at different stages of life and how these create ironic-magical scenarios that highlight laughter as a driving force for emotional release. (Premiere 2026-2027)
